The cycle of PDCA.

Although people understand the cycle of PDCA,most of them tend to pay attention to the 4-stage D(Do). They only care about the immediate effect. Such a behavior will never get good results.

For a long time, the saying of Plan-Do-See that see means look. If you explain it, it`s just a bystander. In QC, see can be divide into 2 performance categories: Cheak and Action.

First stage: Plan

Key point

Define goals and decide to manage projects.

Set the target value.

Decide how to acheive goals

Second stage: Do

Refining the implementation method.

Educate and train work methods.

Implement.

Collect data in a defined manner.

Third stage: Cheak

Evaluation/Confirmation/Discussion of results.

Envestigate whether operations are being performed according to standards.

Whether the results are consistent with the bebchmark.

Whether the investigation is consistent with the target value.

Forth stage: Action

Implementation based on the results of stage 3.

If it deviates from the standard, it is necessary to take correspondingly corrective measures to protect the standard.

If there is an abnormality, the cause must be investigated and we should take preventive countermeasures.
